LPS Christmas Newsletter

P1/2 said hello to a special visitor this week

We have had a wonderful, fun-filled, festive run-up to the Christmas holidays this December, with lots of singing, dancing, music, games and crafts. Thank you to everyone who has donated to our UNICEF fund this year in place of giving cards and gifts. It’s still not too late to give something if you are able to: https://www.justgiving.com/page/leithprimary?utm_medium=fundraising&utm_content=page%2Fleithprimary&utm_source=copyLink&utm_campaign=pfp-share

LPPC Easyfundraising Reminder

Thank you again to Leith Primary Parent Council (LPPC) for their Christmas afternoon event last Friday and for the donation towards pupils’ theatre trip to the Lyceum for the P4 to P7 classes this week and the P1 to P3/4 classes in May to the Imaginate Festival. They are only able to support funding for trips and with buying other resources through their tireless fundraising activities. One of the easiest ways to support them, and therefore your child, is buy doing all your online shopping through their Easyfundraising page. You can still access over 7000 of the most popular websites and each time you spend, a small percentage is given to the LPPC fund. It costs you nothing extra and the school continues to benefit. The website can be used year-round so please consider using this to do all your future online purchases: https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/leithprimarypc
